DNC to MONEY — Privacy Policy

Effective September 22, 2026 · Published by Warranty Compliance Network

DNC to MONEY ("the app") helps you document unwanted telemarketing calls: a call script, an evidence log, a call recorder, a damages calculator and a demand letter. This policy explains what the app does with your information. The short version: everything stays on your phone. We do not collect, receive, sell or share any of your data.

Information stored on your device

Case logs, caller details you type in, notes, generated demand letters and audio recordings are saved only in the app's private storage on your device. They are never uploaded to us or to any third party. You can delete any case or recording inside the app, and uninstalling the app removes all of it.

Microphone permission

The app asks for microphone access only so you can record a call you place on speakerphone. Recording starts and stops only when you press the button. Recordings are stored on your device only. The app does not access call audio directly, your call log, or your contacts.

Your responsibility when recording

Recording laws differ by state and country; some require every party to consent. The app shows a consent reminder before each recording. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

Sharing

Nothing leaves your phone unless you choose to export or share it yourself (for example, emailing a demand letter). When you do, the app hands the file to the app you pick; what happens next is governed by that app's policy.

No accounts, ads, analytics or tracking

The app has no sign-in, shows no ads, and contains no analytics or tracking software. Purchases are processed by Google Play under Google's privacy policy; we receive no payment card details.

Children

The app is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children.

Not legal advice

The app provides general information and templates, not legal advice.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
